More info required. What ROM are you using? Do you mean numbers don't work either? or just letters.

If you mean no letters, my guess is you're using Andot's no-longer-Perfect ROM and you didn't read the directions fully.

You will need to download and install a t9 cab. Look for "extras.zip"
