You can pm jockeyw2001, he can unlock your SIM. But its not free.

To change the operator logo, you need to flash your gene with a custom splash screen. But to do that, you need to first unlock your device. If you want, you can pm jockeyw2001 for unlock code (its chargeable). Or you can use any other method (I don't know any other method).
