Best Dial up for PPC

Hey guys I have a cf modem and wanted to try to get a small dial up account for remote internet access. Any good deals out there? I'm finding everyone one uses some proprietary dialer thats not compatable with WM.

if you mean isp's which offer dialup gsm old old old type of internet which is slow slow slow ?
