Mobile Operator Splash Screen

Hola everyone, im using the new Brightpoint ROM, and I have a question....is there any way to change the "Mobile Operator" splash screen on startup with a custom one? I think that the MO looks cheezy and I wanna make it something else....any help is appreciated.

My Phone:

HTCS21, branded for Suncom/Rogers/T-Mobile( all the same damn company anyway[same parent company]) and its application and certificate unlocked, and upgraded from original SunCom WM5.0 to the ROGERS WM6 and now the HTC Brightpoint WM6

I am not sure but you can try to change picture file in this registry.
HKLM/System/Startup/1 Splash

nope, thats only for the Windows Mobile logo( still usefull BTW, thanks), but im still searching for one for the operator screen.....
