Touch Keyboard

I see that you get two different keyboards, one when you're using it for texting and another when you use it with Opera or IE. Is there any way to change it so I can use the texting style keyboard all the time?

I'm in the same boat - I'd also like to add that I only get the 40 button instead of the 20 button when using my gx5 ultimate search...
