Home Weather to HTC S730

Hi, I have done all the necessary things to fix the xml file for the weather but i am missing the dll file (In Kaiser called KaiserHTCHomeDLL.CAB). Someone out there have an idea or better up... have one!!

What do you want to do with Home Weather? HTC Wings already has HTC Home Weather plugin. You only need fix files when you want to add city which is not on the list. Is it what you want?

Hello moneytoo. Yes, i want to add a city who is not in the list. I have done it with a Kaiser but i don´t think the dll file work in a smartphone. Think i have to do this update to get it work. The xml file is fixed but it can´t retrieve data and on Kaiser the only thing who fixed this whas the dll file.
