Does WM6 change the DeviceID for TomTom ?

Yes it does, but you are allowed one change by TomTom. If you go to your My TomTom site, you will see the option to change your device. Once you have done this, I believe that you cannot repeat the process for 6 months. But, do not fret....

Once you have upgraded to WM6 once, any changes between any of the excellent ROMs in this forum will not result in a Device ID change.
