Hi All, I noticed that the latest Audio Managers have a blue-ish hue color cast, not the normal grey as the rest of HTC apps, so I adjusted the images to be normal grey and added them to this cab attached here, it is based on HTC Audio ManagerV1.02.919.713.cab.
after you install, you may want to add the 2 PNGs attached as my versions didn't work out very well, and I haven't had time to add them to the original CAB, just copy to the \windows folder (either on device or storage card, depends on where you installed the app).
I installed it on my Tilt flashed with HTC factory ROM and it worked just fine.
