Please note, there are some small glitches in the ROM that doesn`t really effects stability and functionality, so I am not going to investigate what is causing them since I don`t have so much time ( blame it on my full time job :D ).

So far what I`ve noticed :

1.) Pin Pad takes a little longer to show up after soft reset ( at last with installed apps that I use )

2.) When you connect to internet icon in the title bar "hangs" and it doesn`t show band where the signal strength is ( like it is on other ROMs ), ect..
They are active when tapped though!!

3.) Scroll bars in new ( empty ) SMS message

Everything else seems fine so far, but it needs more testing since I didn`t test everything yet..

Bred, if you`re into getting on the bottom of those glitches - great, but if not - I don`t mind those little glitches at all ;)
So I am not going to spend that little time I got into investigating them and flashing my device ( and setting it up again ), because I use my device at work ( spare device would be just great for this and make it a lot easier.. hehehe :D )

BTW... I just love the startup animation !!!!

One more thing I forgat to add... There is an issue with the theme out of the box, when you switch to landscape on today screen, one part of the screen doesn`t show wallpaper.. To fix that just switch back to default theme, soft reset then switch back to ultimate and run Glossy Black Bars from the addons and issue is gone..

And note that SetAcousticParam takes a little longer to finish on cold boot customization, so it could seem that device did hang, just be patient..

Berdinkerdickle gave me a hint that he managed to make Schaps 4.01 work with Pandora Kitchen, so you might be able to build your own in the future thanks to him and mattk_r :D

Or you can use some more advanced ( not so easy to use ) kitchens like HyperCore, ect.. to build your own out of it..

This is a collection of add-ons. Download and save to your PC.
Then copy the .cab files that you want to your device.
Find them by using File Explorer on your device and tap on them.
Then that program will be installed.

Installing a .cab is a pretty simple operation. Take a little friendly advice and get to know your device a little more before you decide to start flashing ROMs. ;)

I'm not making any promises.

Just a tip for you, even with all rgus removed, you can still easily rebuild the Rom. The only "trouble" is finding the right registry keys to delete if you decide to remove some cooked in apps, however, finding the registry is actually easy as you only need to find the cab correspond to the app and dump the registry out, then use that as a reference to clean the registry keys off. But if you decide to ignore cleaning the registries, you can just re build it after removing the apps and it would still work without issues most of the time. Simply deleting the rgus off only halts buildOS when rebuilding default.hv and user.hv...nothing more :)

You can try "White-Color Battery Indicator" from the addons package, but it will change the pin pad to kaiser style...

The differences are: different smart dialer skin, removed filedtest, added vista-like startup animation, theme, comm manager, optimized executables, changed some ringtones, removed some left over pictures, removed office templates, tweaked the registry a bit and I think that is all... :o
I thought to remove calculator, since I use 1-Calc, but I thought someone might miss it so left it inside ( only ~300Kb )

EDIT: oh yeah.. and different spash screen...

for some reason it didn't. installed a cab with the pda medianet settings and the icon changed. which is kind of weird. only thing i hate about that is i dont really like using those settings. but, easy fix. i just deleted them and then reran the connection setup wizard. i really wonder what caused it to not show with the clean icon after flashing?

Shamanix, thanks for another great ROM. Before you I usually took Schaps ROM and made it almost identical to yours (free space is the key to stability and speed) but now you have made it easy for me, thanks

One thing I noticed maybe a bug maybe my phone idk but during a call if my battery is less then 20% the indicater beeping happens about every 5-10 seconds...It hasnt happened on any other ROM and i have a brand new battery plus tryed my old one and my friends still the same issue..

anyone else have this problem???

reminder this only happens during a call, if it idle the indicates as normal

BTW, having installed the usual applications the keypad dialer's background switched to white!!!

i actually noticed a little faster than my previous roms, especially using bbconnect which we know slows the OS big time. without bbconnect, it's really snappy.

one thing i noticed, when i installed the htc skin calculator, it doesnt show up.

the ROM seems great so far (testing it for a few minutes), thank you very much.
I am missing 3 *mini*apps from the last versions though, could someone who still use 2.2 or older upload them please?
The apps are in Extended_ROM on older Shamanix's ROMs. They are Minimize.exe, RotateScreen.exe and TaskSwitch.exe, I believe they came from FTouchFlo but I'm not sure.

EDIT: Bluetooth FTP addon is also missing.

So I flashed this Ultimate v1.00 and it works great. I'm sure it stays that way ;-)

menu->tools->options->MMS

then second tab "servers"
create new server, make it your default one and voila ;-)

You have a Wizard and this ROM is for Hermes, so do not flash it or you will kill your device..
You will be better off choosing ROM from Wizard WM6 section on the forum here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=356)
