I am very new to the whole Palm thing but not to the computer thing. Anyway... I have had a regular cell phone for years of course but I really wanted to get my msn mail on my phone and also have a date book ect. So I got the crackberry but the only way I could get the MSN mail was to sign in to the web and go about it that way. What I was looking for was for the phone to just tell me I had a new message. I do have the paid version of MSN so I am able to check it through outlook on my laptop. Anyway... Thanks you do guys I have been able to at least get Microsoft Live onto my Trio 750 and as soon as I got it I upgraded to Windows Mobile 6.0 (thinking that might have been a mistake now). How in the world do I import all of my Outlook Express contacts from my laptop to this damn phone. Also is there anyway I can set-up outlook on the phone to check my various accounts (msn, Verizon, work)? Please please help and again I am sorry I am sure this is a neeewbe question.

Thanks again,
Glenn

Im not sure if you have already done this, but did you install and set up activesync. Activesync is a program that interfaces your treo with your laptop and there is also an option in activesync to save your contacts from outlook to you treo. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/activesync/activesync45.mspx Go there to download activesync 4.5, it is the latest one. Make sure you scroll towards the bottom of the page and click on the link that says "Worldwide English" Hope this answers you question. :D
