How do I set a sound for a special incoming Mail

Is there any software that can play a sound when a special email is arriving? There are programs that filter like flexmail or Pomo but they do not have as action run or play sound.
Very bad as this would be a unique and quite usefull option if you wait for a special mail whatever that might be...

You can create your own MessageInterceptor if you've got your hands on VS2008 and the WM6 SDK!

When a given email (known sender address) arrives, play a custom sound.

if its easy, can someone write it? The available Programs POMO and Phonealarm are not freeware. Right now I am using Phonealarm for this sole purpose only. Would love to uninstall it.
