Think it's in all the Schaps 4.x ROM's - it's the CommManager from the Touch Duo - download link here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=56938).
You've probably still gotta dick around with the Advanced Config program, oh, and be careful if you try adding any more than the six buttons as it screws up royally :D
HTH,
Mark.
(Nice to see you back around the forums ;))

search for the on/off comm manager. I fuddled around with it but didn't have all the files - at least for the cab to work on my device.
Might be a fun project to build a working cab...

Here's one I put together from pieces of Juvs and Shamanix. Works fine on my device. Hope it was okay :)
Edit: And no advanced config required ;)

If just change the layout in Advance Config 2.1's Comm Manager config, the Comm Manager appears broken (unless you just use the default layout). This is exactly what I'm looking for, and it is configurable in Advanced Config too. Thanks mattk_r
