What are the great apps?

Hey guys,

I'm new around here and I just got myself a P4000 from Telus (Mogul equivalent). I've seen many apps and while it's all personal in the end, I'd like to know what you guys have to suggest as in apps and games for a PDA user.

As we speak, I have those installed:

HTC Home
cody battery tweak
TCPMP - Still have to figure out how to use it for streaming...
HTC Streaming - Can't Make Youtube work
Macromedia Flash Player ActiveX
HTC X-Button
Google Maps

LiveSearch (the voice recognition is the bomb)...way better than Google Maps as it does so much more.

HTC Home was a memory hog for me. I ditched it.

Actually, I'm keeping HTC Home for the Weather but it seems I'll have to check WeatherPanel.

Also, would you guys mind giving a short description of what an applications does? This way, I and other people looking at this can learn and pick what's good for them! Thanks :D
