How to remove this shortcut without Hard Reset

Hello there,

Is there anybody can provide an advice on how to remove this shortcut from main program interface (please refer attachment). For your information, i already removed that application from "remove program" system, plus wipe out the name of that program from registry via find features but it still appear in the main program interface.Your help is highly appreciated. Thank you.:confused::(

File Explorer or 3rd party explorer :D

Through built in "File Explorer" go to \windows\Start Menu\Programs. There you will find the short cut to ur program, just delete it.
