HELP, only got rainbow screen

please folks help

i have a mda t mobile (qtek9100)

i have to tried to update it wit faria

till 99 procent it works, but then error

now I have he rainbow screen,

ipl 1.06 on it
spl 1.06 on it

when connected, USB is shown

but when i tried to updat, it say, you must have a newer update uttillity!

SO i con not update it anymore!!!!

please help me

You need IPL/SPL 2.** or higher for an upgrade to Windows Mobile 6
