Hi i love trying some of your roms but im currently having troubles upgrading it. I got hp ipaq 6828 and chinese rom with bootloader 1.05. any kind of help will be greatly appreaciated :) thanks

You need bootloader 1.01 on to do the flash and i reccomend a sd card flash, as with a good sd card you can bring it back from being dead[bricked] You lose usb connection with this bootloader too. So be warned have a mem card that works for flashing, as i bricked mine then saved it with my 1 gig mem. My 256 mb and 2 gig kinston wouldn't work for flashing so bought a cheap card what works wonders, luck of the draw which mem will do it.

This for my 6815 works a treat and my psone emu too.

I downloaded your rom ,installed it on my device ,it is working like a reborned baby but i have a problem....u see...i didnt have this type of phone ....i`m a rookie in this matter and i cannot use the phone side of my pda......it gives me this error message all the time `A wireless radio must be attached to use the phone`....and i have absolutely no idea what is wrong with it...or how can i set the required data......can u help me aot with this please?? I have a HP RW6815 i used the Download 2.01b beta1 via miniSD - Mirror to rescue the device!!

hello people I have a big problem.
i have a hp rw6815 and i use de sp34053.exe to downgrade (1.0.5 to 1.0.1)and now my active sync don´t work via usb...he charge but not synchronise it pc.
someone can help me?

I have been playing around with my Hp6828rw and I got a problem.. my bootloader screen now is O2 XDA atom Serie.. and I cant do the down grade using the HP RUU because the link is broken ... I want to restore it.. But I dont know HOw.. can you help me plz?

Thnx for these greats updates... but.. I must tell u that the WM 6.1 cant load on my Ipaq 6828 rw ... I think.. it is a problem with the backlight aplication... anyway.. I dont know If some other guy has reported it.. well.. Now Im with the WM 6.. it is ok for me.. but .. it has a problem.. The work windows.. dont fit in all the screen..

If your Bootloader is 1.0.5 please downgrade to 1.0.1 then using DRUU again.
To downgrade using this ROM : ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp34001-34500/sp34053.exe

Read carefully and follow the instruction accurately.

How to recover from semi-brick state:
1. Prepare a sd card with proper diskimg.nb0.
2. Pull out the battery for a few minutes.
3. Press and hold two "-" button and at the same time, put the battery in.
4. Wait a few second and release the button, then after a while, the device will be in bootloader mode:)

hello, I have installed your Ver 1.04b (Clean version) (Only for 6815) rom on my rw6815 but camera is not working.

I also tried using version 1.05b but after flashing the rom and using the new windows for several seconds, my screen turns white.

1.04 version is fast and seems to be stable except for the camera issue.

Any idea on how to solve it?

I have tried to update my HP ipaq rw 6815 with this new software, have followed all the instruction but not succed. i have been waiting for 30 minutes and nothing happened to my PDA.. does anyone knows why?
