SMS not save

Does anyone can help me to fix my problem. SMS always gone when it come and my ppc still in freeze condition and I do restart.

Is there any solution to fix it.

if u don't want ur sms to be gone after u receive it, u musnt restart ur device at least not after 1 minute u receive the sms
