att kaiser cannot be flashed

I am trying to isntall a new rom from some availabe in the kitchen :) but when it it tries to start to write it just stuck on the 0% and have to reset it again. Even hardspl same problem !! its an att kaiser from america arrived few days ago from ebay.

Can someone help me out please !!!:)

DON'T try to install a custom ROM without installing Hard SPL first. If you have problems installing Hard SPL, read the hard SPL thread for more information.

Have you read the 2 stickied threads right at the top of the main page of this forum about Hard-SPL? If not, then you didn't install Hard- SPL first. And if you didn't install Hard-SPL (and according to your quote it does not look like you did), then you are lucky that you have not Bricked your Tilt yet!
