Upgrade failed is not possible boot

Halo, please i need your help. I thing i make a block from my MDA Compact III. I try to install new ROM with WM6 to this device. 1 step unlocking was successful but when i downloaded new ROM inside MDA Compact III the process freeze at 65%. Update software told me, replace battery, start-up and when you see 3 color screen start process again, but the phone try to start with new ROM. After start-up device display system info and boot process freeze. It is not possible to connect via USB to the computer (device is not visible). Any idea please how to solve this problem?

press the power and voice command buttons and while you holding the two buttons soft reset your phone - the three colors screen will appear - hopefully

start ur rom update utility without the uspl - cuz uspl need active sync
the problem was in ur rom image try to get an official rom and flash it when u reach the the three colors screen will appear

btw the the three colors screen - is called boot loader !!
