Great ROM, very fast, finally a ROM that lets me use my SD card to store all my seldom used applications and reserve the main memory for MP3 ringtones.
One very minor quibble is that it can't play wma ringtones, I wonder if there might be a regfix or something, it seems odd to me that being a Windows phone, it can play mp3 but not wma. anywayz I can always convert my tiny selection of wma's to mp3, never really like the wma format, far too DRM'y for my liking. I've used plenty of the other custom ROMs out there and while they each have there plus points there are always a fair few apps that I don't want/need. Finally I have a PROPER clean rom to install only the apps I want, plus it's the fastest WM6 rom I've tried so far. Thanks again for the great work :)

we need an alternative app that grabs the "incomming call" event and then starts TCPMP to play the file! this way videoringtones are possible,too!! and the rest of the WMcore can be removed completely ;-)

Coolcamera is very fast, noy i try to get waiting cursors back again... i don't know if you eliminated the cursors or if it's too fast to see them.

No, I can't see the wait cursor when I install/uninstall an APP, so anything is wrong. Any idea???

Now i'm searching for a nice calculator (yes, I need one) another comm manager theme (really ugly the serial one) and a nice (not touch style) dialer keypad. I like Marshall orange one, but it only works in the phne pad,, not in the PIN enter keypad...

I've a problem with activesync and sync with my server exchange.... The certificate is sef-signed from the SBS server but pocket says me that it is not recognized and contact your ISP or administrator...it's me....
I have not this problem with other ROM's like prophet touch edition.
The certificate is already installed as a root certificate.

The xFlash folder is normally named "extended_rom" on other version of the prophet rom i've come across. It where manufacturer's put their custom rom's to add network specific features, e.g. language specific keyboards cabs, or different today background screens, etc.
The difference between this and all other folders on the phone is that any files in that folder will still be there after a hard reset.
Normally to get it to work you need to put a config.txt file into the \xFlash folder.
The config.txt files should contain something like:

LOCK:Enabled
CAB: \xFlash\filename.CAB
LOCK:disabled
RST: Reset

(i'm having trouble with smilies the 'd' in "disabled" above should be a capital 'D')

You also need a cab file to install (e.g. filename.cab) copied to the \xFlash folder. And finally you need an Autorun.exe copied to the \xFlash folder (I got Autorun.exe from an old WM5 QTEK rom)

The idea is once the Micro V2 rom is installed the PPC should automatically start installing everything in the xFlash folder that's listed in the config.txt file.

BTW. I can confirm that my stereo bluetooth headset and mic works fine without any extra changes on the Micro V2 rom, thanks inteks :)

so, the best way is to download korands 2.5 rom -> use my neokit to dump it -> copy the needed file to your windows directory.

i think you need only the stk.exe and a link into your windows\startmenu\...

If you are sure HardSPL is installed (check systeminfo at startup: SPL 2.Gx.4PDA) you can put the nk.nbf file you downloaded in the RUU folder an run the RUU. Things should go by itself from then.

Your output as .nbf instead of .nb requires a different way of flashing the upgrade to your device. This topic is very broad described-and discussed- in other threads, for instance the NEW UPGRADE GUIDE that'sw as a sticky in this section. Please read those things first, it is to intensive to write it all down again. SUCCES!!

STK.exe is a program that permits you change betwen two (or more) operators profile, p.ej. your personal phone and your company phone. You have to have a "Dual" sim .

Hello all,
I've a problem with activesync and sync with my server exchange.... The certificate is sef-signed from the SBS server but pocket says me that it is not recognized and contact your ISP or administrator...it's me....
I have not this problem with other ROM's like prophet touch edition.
The certificate is already installed as a root certificate.

Found this fix that works for me:
Add a DWORD "Secure" with value 0 to HKCU-Software-Microsoft-Activesync-Partners-{GUID}
GUID is one of the keys that represent the computers you want to sync with. You have to find the one for your server.
After adding the DWORD: disable SSL in the "Configure Server" in activesync. Sync once (error of course). Enable SSL back and it work.
This change disables the certificate check. Works until there will be a new fix

removed moblie sql
removed camara (i leave dlls so that coolcamera works (only 52kb;o))))
removed some other files.
extRom unlocked (70MB + 10MB free storage)
update:

MJPG.plg is included
some reg tweaks (i.e. cachesize, moved internet temporary to extended rom, removed consumer feedback, included coolcamera settings for max resolution & save to StorageCard)

Congratulations for an excellent ROM. Tried a lot but nothing is as clean and fast as yours. My XDA has never been more usefull before. Even A2DP which I use a lot works without hangups. TCPMP is much better than the WMP. Together with Mort Player for music its perfect. I added a few absolutely necessary cabs especially useful for this ROM. They all fit on X-Flash drive. No battery drain, no bluetooth issue, no WLAN trouble, no need for the battery-plugin tuning since it is fast as hell !

A2DP fixes drop out problems with the bluetooth stack using bluetooth earphones, HTC X is really closing programs and with this frees up RAM, LVMTopBat gives you a nice battery indicator with a dotted line on on the top edge of the today screen, ffmpeg provides the codecs for the tcpmp player and enables you to watch most video formats. Additionally I use Mort Player (freeware) as music player, cartoon calc (freeware) as calculator (looks funny but is extremely helpful especially using percentages !) speeddial for dialing with photos from today screen and germaninputWM6 for german T9 capability and german keyboard.

Yup, I've tried tons of other WM6 roms but always keep coming back to this one, cause it very quick, stable, tons of free memory and lets me add the programs I want, so any updates would be much appreciated.

HEY can any 1 tell me how to flash this rom i replaced the nk.nbf file with the nk.nbf file from diamond edition v2 and ran the ruu updatr after 100 % prophet was restarting into bootloader mode now i am gonna recover it with prophet_pv.temp rom wm5 ... but how to install this rom ... ive read the guides but i cant understand because ive never flashed that way.? help .

1. Better flash NVID,

2. Better have your battery charged,

3. should be battery + mal-flash to cause the bad batt. time.
