XV6800 EV-DO Rev A Support?

Has anyone got EV-DO Rev A to work with this phone? The sales guy at the Verizon Wireless store said that the phone works with Rev 0 out of the box and that their "Wireless USB cards" work with Rev A.

However, I know this phone is capable of Rev A compatibility. Has anyone successfully gotten EV-DO Rev A to work with their XV6800?

the additional support will come in the form of a rom upgrade

Or move to the custom ROMs of DCD and the latest Radio ROMs posted in the Titan Updating forums. Better ROMs and you get GPS and EVDO revA
