!!help!! Spv5000 Crashed!!

Hi guys!

I bought SPV 5000, used a little time ( these were the words of the seller) and i had problems with it. First from time to time i couldn't make any calls (it sead that the number is not correct - it was, or there is no signal - it was almost full). Then i try tu update it and phone turned off and i cant turn it on again. When i try to turn it on, there is only serial and v1.01 on display. What can i do?

Please help ASAP!!

your phone is stuck in boot loader mode, i can't recall the work around to get it out of that mode unless you had a bad flash, plug in USB mini cable, and run the firmware updater for the make and model of phone you have, E.G> if it's from t-mobile then get t-mobiles latest firmware and flash it. then should reboot and be new
