I am looking for the original CINGULAR ROM for the 8125

i went to the WIKI were most of the HOW TO guided me to .. and all the links are dead ..

so everyone telling me to READ first .. CHECK
follow instructions .. CHECK

now what .. can someone help me out .. ?

*** my problem i am having ..
battery died in the middle of a hard reset . andnow it wont go past the " splash" screen ....

I can offer you the original Tmo rom, but do not have a cingular rom. If you are using it as a base rom before flashing a stock rom, I suppose the Tmo would work. I have 2.26, and 3.08.

i really dont know what i should be using .. thats why i am here .. looking for someone who can help me figure out a course of action ..

its like trying to learn in a dark room . LOL . looking for any tips from anyone

the phone is a paper weight right now .. it will boot to the " splash screen " and then sit tehre and do nothing ..

the phone is through cingular ... but i have no idea if that matters ...

Have you unlocked it per the Dr. P sticky?
If you have unlocked your phone, any base rom will do, as it is just a leap pad for a custom rom. If your device is not unlocked, I don't believe my Tmo stock rom's will help you. If you are certain your device is unlocked, I can upload my Tmo rom or point you in the direction of one here, and you flash it, then re-flash with a custom kitchen.

no the phone is not unlocked ..

the phone was purchased through cingular . and i have always used it for cingular ..

is there no place to get a cingular rom to reflash with ?

i own a paper weight ? ...LOL
