No GSM

Hi all,
I've installed Schap's 4.22 Rom on my 8525 but it says no GSM. I then installed a radio rom and the phone goes into bootloader and bricked. I then unbricked it but I can't seem to installed a radio Rom into this phone. I tried to installed AT&T shipped Rom and it won't work, again it goes into bootloader and bricked and I have to unbricked it again. I am getting very frustrated. Does this happenned to anyone here. PLEASE HELP!

What radio did you have before you flashed to 4.22 there have been some question of the newer radio's possibly causing no GSM here are a couple of links with a lot of info hope this help's to recover your hermes.http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=349461 and

Thanks but I've went thru those posts and a lot of them had the same problem that I had and most of them agreed that it's a hardware problem. No matter what rom you installed it won't installed.
This really sucks.
