Don't know exactly what you mean by wifi receiver, but check out this thread...

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=357152&highlight=internet+sharing+wifi

It's WMWiFiRouter, it allows your hermes to act as a wireless access point; you can use your laptop to connect to the internet without the need for the usb cable (and use your cell internet)

Works great, nice to have if you just want to hop on the net and do some surfing if you do not happen to have your supplied usb cable for internet sharing.

Hmmmmm.... after further thought I think this is what you want...

You want to use your hermes as a wifi card to log onto someone's wifi although your pc does not have wifi??

Sounds interesting, might want to do a search for that...

Let me know which one you actually were looking for.

First make sure that "Advanced Networking" is on.
(Go to Start > Settings > Connections > USB to PC, and Make sure "Enable advanced network functionality" is checked.)

Download ICS Control
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=377047

Unzip the file onto your memory card. (or /windows/start menu/ programs/ if you want it to show in your start menu)

Connect to your preferred WiFi network.
(Start > Settings > Connections > WiFi and select your preferred Network.)

Once Connected, Run ICS Control And select the settings below:
PUBLIC INTERFACE to TIACXWLN1 (WIFI ADAPTER)
PRIVATE INTERFACE to RNDISFN1 (CURRENT ACTIVESYNC CONNECTION)
*OPTIONAL* PRIVATE IP is on and set to 10.0.10.1 (FOR POSSIBLE DNS CONFLICTS)*OPTIONAL*

Tap "Save", then Tap "Start ICS".

When you don't want to use it anymore, then Tap "Stop ICS"
