How to change Tilt Screen to Htc Home Screen

Hi, I'm a newbie hear,
I just got my AT&T Tilt and I want to know how can I change the default AT&T Tilt screen to the original HTC Kaiser Screen that look like the pic attach.

You need to get HTC Home - www.pocketemu.com.

Or you can flash your it and get everything to look like the HTC device =]
