connection setup

Everytime I soft reset my tilt the connection setup pops up, what can I do to stop it?

Remove it from the start up directory in your windows folder.

it is not there, only spbmobileshell.lnk is there

Navigate to "Start / Settings / Connections / Connection Setup

Now press the soft key "Menu" and uncheck "Enable Auto Configuration"
