Not sure i understand your question.

If you want to have an english (WWE) rom on your tytn, this is easy. I do that on a french tytn. All will be in english (wording, soft keyboard,...) except the hardware keyboard where, obviously, you will not be able to change the physical labeling of the keys.

If this is what you want, and if you never flashed roms on pda's, READ, read, and... read. You need absolutely to understand what you will do. It is really easy IF you know what to do. Look for mrvanx guides. (here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=299462) And once again : read.

Install first the olipro SPL 2.10 to reasonnably protect your tytn (also explained in the guides). Then choose the WWE rom you believe will answer your needs.

And never forget that you are the only who decide to do it ;)

It´s easy - unlock your tytn and than flash any english ROM from here - with non providershi..
