POLISH WM6 Problem to decode

I have found polish rom somewhere here but all files ive got :
- wm6_pl -os.nba
-wm6_pl -htclogo.nba

Anyone know what to do with this?
How to decode?

I'm using only WWE versions. Are more steble, fast and have less bugs.
More compillations.

Ok.WWE roms are more stable , faster and etc.
but it could be nice to see winblows in your own language.We can always try to modify polish rom to get similar perfomance like others.
Please help or dont try to stop us to get this what we want.

but why u want polish language on pda, i see that u know eng very well :) everything that u install on pda's is in eng language so rom should be either ? hehe
