For all of you guys that have the standard InnoDock with the 3.5mm audio-out jack on it (*NOT* the InnoDock Jr.):
I understand that as long as you have external speakers connected to it this can be used as a superior alternative to the Tilt / Tytn II / Kaiser built-in speakerphone because it has a microphone built into the cradle. I want to know for sure before I buy it.

If so, how does it compare to the phone's standard speakerphone option? (Same, better, worse? How so?)
& lastly, if you have a bluetooth headset paired up to it, receive an incoming call, & then accept the incoming call from the bluetooth headset, will the call go straight to the bluetooth headset with no hiccups or complications?
