Problem after upgrading

Hello Experts..:)

So, the problem is just like that...

i tried many of the upgrading wm6 systems you all developed with my HTC_trinity and i like them all. but i still have the same problem with every single one.:

After instalation every thing is perfect... And when i try to get my e-mails on it (pop3 and so on) it goes smooth and without any problem..

then i Syncrosie my Htc with my Pc to get my contacts and calender items from the outlook on my mobile...

After this procedure the probelems start to occure:
1. The e-mail downloading doesn't work any more
2. The mobile starts to act slow and then go even slower and makes alot of Freezing action so i have to soft start it many times.....

Any idea about this? is it solveable? should i send it to garantee and repair it???
