Pc Modding And Tweaking

Just wanted to know if there is a site just like xda-dev where we could full friendly support for our pc.I know there should be one but haven't had a chance to view it.Anybody knows about such site?
Obviously I want the best of my pc just like xda satisfies the appetite to get the best from my hermes.:):o

even i tried finding more sites but believe me there is no other site in which u'll find a section dedicated specially for the model u own.
there is another good site (not better than xda-dev)
