cidunlock and flash problem :(

Hi,
I tried to cidunlock my Qtek 9100
during the batch process I noticed an error:

then i dont know if it realy did cidunlock :(

then i tried to flash with the rom "FR WM6 SG3 custom", then the following error message appeared:

"error[296] upgrade only
this nbf file cannot be used for you pda phone get newer nbf file"

Can anyone help me ?

my Qtek 9100:
Ipl:2.16 SPL:2.16
from orange and spv M3000.

You can't CID unlock phones with 2.xx bootloaders; you first need to downgrade to 1.xx
