Microsoft Exchange / Sync

Good Afternoon-
I am curious if anyone can help me with a slight problem. I am using my AT&T WM6 device to sync with my Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. Unfortunately, I am only able to get the device to sync with my personal calendar within my exchange account. My company currently uses a PUBLIC calendar for service calls, returned phone calls, etc. I need my technicians to be able to sync with the PUBLIC calendar, not the personal. Is there any piece of software available that will give my technicians the ability to do this? Thank you very much in advance!

I may be wrong, but I belive this is impossible to do, similar sort of thing as the webmail

But i know with Exchange 2007, MS moved away from public folders.
