Phone.exe

There's some things I want to do that are way too hard if I have to use TAPI that I think may be possible to acheive by sending messages to Phone.exe or Cprog.exe (or at least would be if I wrote them).

Does anyone know of any documentation of versions of these files and how, if possible, to interact with them?
