Help Me!!!

Well you might now I have a mogul/titan bc i'm putting this in this thread, I have no arm's or leg's so I have to go about my day interacting with my nipple's (realy easy when its cold) I was wondering if there was any way to get an extention of my moguls keyboard so I can still type on that, I have this software that my parents bought for me with a mic, what ever I say can be put into words and then put onto my computer, (easy to right papers :D), So I was wondering if it's possile to get a touch screen for my mogul that is like 5-6x bigger than it normaly is, it's extremly hard to click on the start button with my nipple, or typing, thank's to the people helping with my situation,

there is an external screen for pocket pcs, but I don't know where to get one. Perhaps someone else can help you.
