from where to get HTC - O2 xda Neo operating system and How to install

At the time of installation of software , suddenly O2 xda operating system damaged , all programs and folders data erased.
Now phone is working ( calling and receving calls,Message send and Receive) but other functions like camera , Wi-fi,modem, not working.

with active sync. I am able to connect to PC also.
I think its OS (windows mobile 5) is damaged or erased
Kindly suggest what I should do

Have you tried a hard reset? That should restore the original image to your phone. (Press camera & comms button & at the same time press into the hole with the stylus)

Alternatively, think about upgrading the OS to WM6 - choose the ROM in the "prophet upgrading" section, READ VERY CAREFULLY, ALL the instructions, and follow them
