htc tytn2 "please update your device ROM to the required version"

Hi,

I have a new htc tytn II pda ,

Tytn2 comes with 2cd getting started disc and application disc.

I 've installed "getting started cd" with no problem.

But when I install GPRS Monitor into Application Disc.

I am getting following error:

"please update your device ROM to the required version"

My
radio version 1.27.12.32
romVersion 1.56.405.5

Which version can I use ?
How to upgrade device ROM ?

How to install Gprs Monitor ?

I'm Having the Same dificulty, My Rom Version is Different though

ROM version: 1.82.707.0 WWE
ROM date: 11/03/07

Kaiser_GPRSMonitor_2.4.5_b938_WWE_20071113.exe

Thats the name of the file on the CD that came with the phone. Any suggestions as to where the problem lies?
