Jabra BT 3030

I've got Jabra BT3030, it works fine/
but
I would like to record from it, not from the built-in mic, any sugestions?
and another question, how can i make fast forwardind music, not only just skiping to the next track?
documentation says its possible

Usually fast forwarding, you just hold down the Next Song button, dunno if its the same for you. I have a Jabra BT320s, but I haven't tried fast-forwarding.
