Bootloader help

ok guys i went to install a wm6 rom and my unlocked (sim) 8125 got stuck at the cingular splash screen. I can get into the boot loader and when i connect my usb cable the usb will show up on the phone in the bottom left corner but it wont sync with active sync so i cant reload the rom. am i doing something wrong? if so can someone please help me fix this i would really appriciate it

o btw both my IPL and SPL are 2.25 if that helps

I can help you fix your phone heres what you do hold down the camera button and while holding the camera button, press the reset button with stylus, keep holding camera button, release stylus if you haven't done so, you should see a tri- color screen,

ok i fixed mine. i reloaded the base cingular wm5 then upgraded back to 6 from there and everythings perfect
