Emergency Number?

Occasionally, the numbers "08" get pressed and the phone tries to call an emergency number (it's a Chinese ROM). It doesn't matter that the keypad is supposed to be locked, it gives me the option to press send, or * to cancel.

Does anyone know where/how this number is stored so I can deactivate it?

It's the same on WM6, guess they can't be removed because they are meant to be used during emergency. Try to search the entire registry for the number 08
