can't flash anything, help please

Hello everybody. First have to say that I have been a lot of hours reading the guides and searching at the forums but just can't find a solution.
Could anybody give me advice please ? My O2 xda in german language

gsm 02.19.21
os 2.15.4.47
Want to change to korand's 2.6
have tried to hardspl following all the steps carefully: no success, when I execute romupdateutility_NV_G4, it says "error 300, invalid update tool".
any idea ? thank you.

EDITED: problem solved, found a updated "update utility" and everything done ok.

I downloaded your update package (zip file complains that there are dual folders but seems ok anyways)

I have a Qtek S200 stuck at BookLoader.

IPL 2.10
SPL 2.20.0001

This tells me it's a G4 device.
When I reboot with Camera and Power I see the USB symbol and I head windows finding the device. Active Sync Installed with USB disabled.

I open command prompt and navigate to the G4 HardSPL directory and run HardSPL.bat.

The utility asks me to press a key, I press a key,
after about 5 seconds a dialog box appears, telling me failed to connect to device , trey , cancel abort.

What's missing here?

Connect your device to the usb port then go to HardSPL folder and run HardSPL.bat from your PC. (Thanks to Prislav)
The HardSPL.bat will perform the SoftSPL first and then will do the HardSPL. so you don't have to do the SoftSPL manually.
Before doing the HardSPL you should know:

* SPL - Second Program Loader is a boot loader. SPL is similar to a BIOS in a computer and can be flashed and updated.
* G3 or G4: If you soft reset your phone you will see four numbers on top left of the screen. The first one is IPL version. which has this format : #.##.000# the last digit of IPL version indicates if the device is G3 or G4. the G4 device IPL version will end with 0001 and the G3 device IPL version will end with 0000. for example if your device is G4 you might see something like: 2.20.0001
* the reason we HardSPL the phone is that the original SPL that comes with the phone check the CID

If the device is stuck in bootloader, try flashing a WM5 ROM (some on the ftp server) with USB in active sync disabled, and then try HardSPL once the device is running properly.
