Xda Mini S problem after flashing WM6. Still have WM5

Hey,
I installed a WM6 ROM, but after reboot I still have WM5 installed and O2 starts installing stuff. Does this mean my phone is CID locked? I had an IPL/SPL 1.05 and upgraded to 3.08 already. If I need to unlock do I have to downgrade back to 1.05 somehow? Can someone tell me what needs to be done?

your phone is cid-locked and should be a g3, and yes you have to downgrade to ipl/spl1 or 2 because with ipl/spl 3 you can´t cid-unlock your wizard
