Touch housing

I have a scratch on my screen and want to replace the housing but on websites it seems the housings they offer do not have the top layer protective part of the screen where HTC is written. could this be confirmed?

I bought some screen protections that cover all the display (also the part where HTC is written)....

No problem, hard to scratch, 100% clear...
