NEED HELP - Screen becoming all white

my Dopod 818 Pro - Flashed with WM6 - touch XI

i played my phone, and accidentally let it runs the battery till only left 7%, and keeps on restart, Auto-restart.

after around 10 minutes....it becoming white out....

5minutes b4, it prompt up to ask for sim password, then within minutes, becoming white colour...with unknown LINE...

there are several ways:

1. pull out the batery n left for 10mins+- then fully charge it and turn in on.

2. switch off ur device and on it back n press the red end call button
continuously.

thanks for reply....but still cannot....Malaysia where can help to flash my phone?....or any expert can help...i go normal shop...they will tell me LCD spoil....but i dont believe so..

My dopod also got same problem, I thought it caused by software failure then I tried to re-install RUU packet, hard reset it then when it installing customization, it went to all white again. Now it works for receive call ONLY!!.

I tried to remove the battery and recharge it and pressed red end call button continously, it is still remain white.

Could anyone suggest, when we should press the red end button and for how long?
Or, anyone else could suggest other solutions please?

Thanks for your solution uk19xx, my dopod "white screen" is solved just now. I did use the second method but after 5 minutes pressing red end call button then I turned it off. Turn it on again and it works.
