Hi Bro, managed to get v1.22 from somwhere else. By the way, when I upgrade until the end, it stuck there and inform me that "Data read time out" :-s. Something wrong here :-/. It happens with v1.15 also. Please help.

For v1.22 do I need to have XCSD Tools 1.5.7 to flash rom? I currently use XCSD 1.5.4 only, is it the problem. Hix, cannot download from rapidshare hence cannot download ur software bro. :(

Oops, finally, tried to download the upgrade tools and able to upgrade to v1.22. and guess what, haha, I laugh all the night, it's in espanol ... haha

I have successfully download xcsd tool 1.57 from another website. But when i tried to install the firmware, it reached a stage where it said 'GPRS Code RS232 failed downloading'. Any advise?

Who has got v1.22 English rom? it is in esp. By the way 64 mb rom is not wm5 tool, bootloaders and kernels are different.

when you install firmware, you have to select the corrected file.
- bootloader *.bin
- OS *.bin
- Radio rom *.mot

if you select correct, it should be fined.

I had this issue the first time i tried but i removed battery for a minute, performed a hard reset soft reset + power button for 3 seconds exited the software and reopened and then tried again and it worked fine.


Who has got English 1.22 rom ? :)

I dont beleive that there is a 1.22 rom in english, take it they had even more bugs with other countries software! lol

Still get the issue where after composing a text if i put it into standby the keys are active.

Working on a program to change the mode but at work and code is at home so will bring it into work and have a blast tomorow incase that helps people.
