my old Motorola and Nokia have a much better speaker fitted etc. I bet it cannot be too hard to remove the crap HTC one and replace it with one that sounds like it should on a expensive phone !

yeah its easy man. i swapped mine and put a 1200 watt MTX Subwoofer on my tilt. u can hear that sh!t all up and down the block@!!!

Damn you beat me to it Eric, was thinkin' the exact same thing lol. On a serious note, my wizard had pretty good speakers in it, does anyone know if the kaiser's speaker has the same form factor as the wizard's? I might be willing to do a swap if they are the same size. It would give me a good reason to open up my tilt. I've been itching to see the beautiful guts of this bad boy:p

Yeah but did it have a built in crossover or do you have special software that does that for you? And what crossover frequency do you select? :p
AND..... if anyone has successfully changed the speaker to one of similar size I would like to know too :)
