Hello,
Sennheiser VMX 100 has the problem of static and crackle all the time when used with Kaiser but...
with FSC T830 has an excellent quality.
So I believe that all the problems reported around the Bluetooth headsetīs are coming from Kaiser and his horrible bluetooth audio sound (A2DP is excellent !!).
Tks.

Just get yourself a Jabra BT8040 (http://blog.treonauts.com/2007/12/jabra-bt8040-re.html). If that doesn't do it for you, look here:

Hi there,
As ericc191 suggestion I swapped the sennheiser vmx 100 with jabra bt8040, and let me tell to You guys that my problems are gone!
Thank You ericc191 for Your suggestion and review of the BT8040, as You said the only problem that I found was about sound volume that could be a little bit louder, but thatīs OK.
tks

I haven't had any issues with my Jawbone thus far. I've gone through tons of BT headsets. The Jawbone is top on my list. Then again, I'm on the phone in Airports/Subways etc pretty frequently.

I recently bought this stereo headset via Amazon for about $40, and it's a terrific $40 headset. The sound quality is exceptional for the price point, and it works well with my Tilt.
I have a weekly dial-in meeting with our team in Bangalore, and last night I finally had a chance to try out this headset on that meeting. I've never been able to understand the guys in Bangalore with their heavy accents, even with my land line handset. Well, last night I understood every word clear as a bell. Knowing what I know now, I'd have been willing to pay three times the $40.
Just FYI.

I have used this Plantronics 510 Voyager with a Treo 650, a Moto V3i and now the Tilt.
It pairs seemlessly whenever I switch it and the bluetooth on. The volume is acceptable and I have hearing loss.
It activates Voice Command 1.6 by holding the button for a second.
No one has complained about the voice quality.

I have both the Jawbone and the Motorola H12.. I absolutely hate the Jawbone because it is so uncomfortable. Compared tot he H12 the Jawbone has a bit better noise cancellation. Incoming is said to be the same. I find it so as well. But the comfort on the H12 blows the Jawbone away. It is lighter and I can get it on with one hand. The buttons are also eaier to push on the H12.

I use Cellpopint's Flamingo an I can tell that it is the best bluetooth headset I have ever used and believe me I have tried many! It has good sound quality, is more or less unbreakable (you can actually throw it in a concret wall and it is still fine) The battery time is good and one thing that makes it one of the best there is is the earclick system. It fits really nice in your ear whitout cancelling out surrounding sounds and are perfect when you drive and listening to music. They are releasing a couple of stereos in a short time and I will buy one of those. http://www.ephone.dk/classic.php

Has worked perfectly with all my phones and my AT&T Tilt is no different. MS Voice Command works perfect and can be activated from headset.

Sennheiser VMX100 Black = more snap, crackle, & pop than rice krispies with pop rocks together
Plantronics Voyager 510S = some pops, but more "reasonable" than the VMX100...
I'm so pissed I didn't read the NewEgg return policy on the Sennheiser, since I'm stuck with the damn thing now... Return for exchange only on that one kiddies.

I am very happy with this since flashing the new ROM. I had volume issues before.

Here, here!
I've tried many BT headsets and this one is my "old reliable." It wins hands down. Excellent voice quality from the callee's point of view (even outside in windy conditions), and I can hear them perfectly (and I keep the volume all the way down). And, just as parkgt mentioned, pairs seemlessly and works great with Voice Command.
All in all, it has to be the best BT headset I've tried...for any phone.
