Family Guy, Dutty, Kaiser, and Blue Harvest

OK...seems like a random title for my post, but here is the deal...

I recently purchased the Family Guy satire of star wars. It came with 2 discs. The second disc hade a PC/Mobile version of the movie. It can play on an iPod or a Playsforsure device.

Now on my Kaiser I have Dutty's V3. I cannot get the video to play. Is there anything about a cooked ROM that won't allow WMP to access DRM material?

And please lets not turn this in to a DRM SUX thread. I know it does. But the seconds disc was free!

Well.. trying edge wouldn't work, as edge is like GPRS/UMTS... just.. in between... and I think he means it's in Dutty's collection of CABs.

wtf? He's trying to play a video on his device. It doesn't matter if he's using Edge or anything else cause THE VIDEO IS IN HIS DEVICE!!! Geeze, stupidity abounds. Now I know why so many people brick their phones.

Yup...I think something has gone haywire...because now no video works...the only video I can actually see played on the device is if I use the camera to record it. Anything else is not showing up...odd...I may just take off and nuke the entire thing from space...its the only way to be sure.

Somewhat off topic since the OP was asking about Dutty's ROM, but if anyone else has this and is running my ROM I'd love to know whether it works. It *should* as I took pains to ensure the DRM capabilities exist, but having no media such as this to test with there's always the possibility I didn't quite get it quite right. Thanks,

I once saw a Playforsure addon cab for pocket PC but I have not heard of a WM6 version. Anyone know of one??
