Hi, all my goal is to make a ROM that will please most people and make it where you could customize almost everything. I will have Lite Packs, Medium Packs, and Heavy user Packs. I want to accomplish this with a hard working team and help develop the necessary drivers needed for the kaiser, but that will take sometime. I am using at&t in the USA so most of the releases will be based on the at&t carrier but I will always release a rom based on the HTC one so you can use it with your carrier perfectly. LOL, the releases will get better and better as I learn.

You beat me to it. I concure. Through the excitement of a cool sounding and "new" rom release I feel a little gutted that there is nothing to try out as yet.
However....Good Luck with the release as I will certainly have a nose when you have some details and items to show.

Why does it give me this error???
It says, 'Error building default.hv and user.hv!

??? I attached the log. Can anyone help me?

NM, I fixed it. the nbh file is uploading!! Remember this is a beta and I am still learning about the system. Please I need beta testers! I cant try it my self because I don't have a spare tilt to use.

No offense but let the cooking to the PROS, when you have cook your own ROM test it and then post it. If i'm not mistaken that error is because your're selecting the TCPMP OEM Package using Alex's Kitchen. Uncheck TCPMP and try it again.

Good luck with your rom but, dude really should do some internat testing and get a few roms under your belt before you hype and then don't have anything to show but a promised untested ROM

Well, I didnt want to make thousands of threads of my releases so I just made one. I am mostly working on beta's. My rom seems speedy and quick! More testing though. Yep alot more testing and re heatings. . .LOL, well the beta is available and its really really empty. . .

have any details on this rom? base? pagepool? free memory? you have massive competition in the cooking arena - some specifics would help.

cool - to be frank, you don't inspire confidence when you post basic romkitchen errors and ask for help and then you aren't sure what it is you're cooking up....

But everyone has to start somewhere - so i wish you the best of luck..

I just received a PM from ~~Tito~~, which I normally wouldn't share, but before I replied, I noticed the links in his sig, and realized that he's also trying to release a ROM?!?!?!

No hard feelings, but you should at least ALPHA test your own stuff before going beta. I feel that you're being irresponsible and because of this, I share your PM with all who may use this ROM.

I'm scared that I will brick my tilt if I flash it. Everything came out ok, but I want to make sure. Also where would I co to make custom icons for folders in the start menu and have certian apps go to certian folders? I will send you my beta rom when its finished uploading. Please help, I don't want to brick others devices. I want to be sure its the way I want it.

Wow! He did say he hadn't tried out himself and was looking for beta testers....

be wary if you run across "Tito's Cure for Cancer".

Sorry Tito - having a bit of fun at your expense ... you should practice cooking and test your roms yourself or you will get crucified by the XDA members - and rightfully so.

talk about "jumping the gun." slow down slugger. practice, practice, practice before you start opening up your ROMS to others. no one (no one half-way SMART at least) will download your ROMS if you are not a PROVEN cooker with many cooked ROMS and tweaks under your belt that others have tested with success. take your time before you release anything.

Dude.....you do not need to be posting any ROMs!

Before you go public, you need to get several ROMs under your belt.
By the sound of things you don't have the knowledge to recover from a bad Flash, if you did ... you would not have asked that question.

You should really cook before just jumping into a release. I believe your just doing this for attention. Why would anyone flash your rom when you would post an error and asking for help.

I've cook several roms myself, and I know there's a long road before it goes public, there's some hard competition here.

Are you just downloading and packing software together. What's are your tweaks, pagepool. first of what's the rom version?
Feel free to tackle the driver issue.

I have used it and they work fine. 0.2 is being worked on. I am sorry if a I came on to fast but I didn't want to make a bunch of threads so I made one and this is where my releases go. 0.1 was a dud, it didn't work the way I wanted to. . . LOL. Anyways, this is where I release them and nothing is gonna change anything. I wanted people to test them to tell me what I need to do to fix it.

0.2 should be out in the next few days. Sorry about the commotion.

I'm really curious to what version you are cooking with.

btw, learn how to cook a ROM right before you talk about distribution of your ROM, apparently, you can't even get your hands on the frying pan. Sorry for the hash words.
